A beautiful dark pink to white stone. Rhodochrosite typically is a pink to white stone, and can also be found to be yellowish to orange or brown. It resonates with the water and fire element. It typically grows in a massive, granular, botryoidal tabular or rhombohedral crystal,** and has a Moh’s hardness of 3.5 to 4, making it a very fragile stone unless set with some support. This stone was originally found in Argentina and later found in Colorado. It identifies with the 3rd and 4th chakra.
This beautiful dark pink to white stone is meant to work with the 3rd and 4th chakra. The stone is good for emotional healing and self-love as well as forgiveness. It helps to pursue your own unique vision and path. This enables opening of the heart chakra to facilitate your dream.
I use this stone whenever I suspect mild to severe childhood trauma. * This allows one to put their own dreams into action by leading with their heart. This stone is great to use for self-love as well as self-forgiveness.
