Aquamarine

Aquamarine is a blue to blue green crystal with a mohs hardness of 7.5-8** found in Brazil, Pakistan, Australian Africa and the U.S.  Known as the sailor’s stone, it offers protection while traveling.  It identifies with the water element. It works on the 4^th and 5^th Chakra. 

This watery gemstone provides cooling energy as well as assists with communication.  This is a great stone to work with when clear communication is necessary.  Its been documented that it has been used since 500 BC.   For women aquamarine enhances intuition, while for men it can dispel emotional numbness.  This crystal helps with the flow, bringing things in as well as releasing. 

I work* with this stone for skin issues as well as throat issues.  As the wateriness helps cool and sooth.
